Do I need an appointment to sell or pawn an item?

No — you can walk in during store hours and we will take a look at your item. An appointment is not required, though a quick call ahead helps if you are bringing in several pieces or something large. If a specialist is needed for your item, we will let you know when you arrive.

How is the price of my item decided?

The offer is based on what your item is, the condition it is in, and what it currently sells for on the market. We look at the same things a buyer would — brand, model, completeness and demand. You are quoted a figure before you decide anything, and there is no obligation to accept it.

What condition does an item need to be in?

It needs to be clean and in working or resalable condition. Bring it as close to how it would be sold as you can — original parts, cables and packaging help. Items that are broken, incomplete or heavily worn can still be looked at, but the offer will reflect that.

What identification do I need to bring?

Yes — you will need a government-issued photo ID for any pawn or resale transaction. It is a standard requirement for this kind of business and it protects both you and us. Bring the ID with you on the day; we cannot complete the transaction without it.

Can I buy back an item I have pawned?

Yes — buying your item back is the point of a pawn. Ask the store for the exact terms that apply to your item before you sign.
